Day 1: Ho Chi Minh
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, you will visit some of Ho Chi Minh City’s most iconic landmarks: the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historical Old Post Office, and the People’s Committee Hall. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 2: Vung Tau
After breakfast, embark on a 1.5-hour drive to Cu Chi, a region 60 km from Ho Chi Minh City that played a significant role in the Vietnam War. Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive network of tunnels used by the Viet Cong during the war. After exploring the tunnels, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then head to Vung Tau, a popular beach resort located 125 km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, swimming, and enjoying the warm waters. Dinner and overnight in Vung Tau.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh
After breakfast, explore Vung Tau city, visiting landmarks like Christ Hill (St. Jacque Janerio), the 18-meter-high Goddess of Mercy statue, Thuy Van Beach, and the Whale Temple, dedicated to whales believed to protect Vietnamese fishermen. After lunch at a local restaurant, return to Ho Chi Minh City. You’ll have free time for shopping at Ben Thanh Market, one of the oldest and most popular shopping destinations in the city. Dinner and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 4: Ho Chi Minh
After breakfast, drive to My Tho, the heart of Vietnam’s coconut industry.
Cruise along the Mekong River, experiencing local life and visiting one of the
islands to enjoy tropical fruits and traditional Southern Vietnamese music.
Continue by small boats through coconut tree canals, visit local factories,
taste honey tea, and watch coconut candy production. Take a horse-cart ride
through peaceful village roads before enjoying a boat ride through the Mekong
Delta. After lunch, visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, which features a blend of
Chinese, Cambodian, and French architecture. Return to Ho Chi Minh City for a
dinner cruise on the Saigon River with entertainment. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
City.
Day 5: Ho Chi Minh
After breakfast at your hotel, the day is free for you to explore Ho
Chi Minh City at your leisure. You may choose to visit more sights
or shop for souvenirs. Enjoy an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 6: Depart
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time until your
transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure
flight.
